Onebiz Solutions Sàrl processes your personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Data collected

When you use a form: identity, contact details, information about your project and documents you voluntarily attach (for example salary certificate, plans, land register extract). Forms are sent over an encrypted connection.

Purposes

Respond to your request, prepare a valuation, assess financing, publish your listing with your consent, and contact you again. We do not sell your data.

Recipients

Our team and our hosting provider. Your data is passed to another site of the SOS network (for example for a financing or insurance study) only with your consent.

Retention

Attachments are kept on the server for a limited period and then automatically deleted. File data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request and meet legal obligations.

The WhatsApp button opens the WhatsApp application: exchanges are then subject to the terms of that service provider.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to info@sos-immo.ch. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
