1. Set the right price
A property priced too high stays online for a long time and ends up selling for less. Start from a valuation based on comparable sales, then refine it with the viewing: condition, view, floor, renovations. Start with our online valuation, followed by a free detailed on-site valuation.
2. Gather the documents
- Recent land register extract
- Plans, description and cantonal energy certificate
- For condominium ownership: regulations, minutes of meetings, service charge statement, renovation fund
- Invoices for major works, building insurance policy
3. Choose your package
At SOS Immo, you choose the level of support, with fees announced in advance:
- Essential: CHF 1’900 flat, no commission. You stay in charge of the viewings.
- Comfort: 1% of the sale price, capped at CHF 9’900. Portals, viewings and negotiation.
- Premium: 1.8% of the sale price, capped at CHF 14’900. Professional photos and plans, follow-up through to the notary.
